What we collect

Email address. If you subscribe to updates, we store your email address, the time you signed up, and whether you confirmed or unsubscribed.

Discussion room. If you join the room, our video provider, Daily.co, processes your chat messages and, if you turn them on, your voice and video. We don't record the room. Moderators can see everything in it while they are present.

Basic technical data. Our hosting provider (Amazon Web Services) records standard server logs, such as your IP address and browser type, for security and to keep the site running.

How we use it

We use your email address only to send case updates you asked for. We don't sell your information or share it for advertising. We share it only with the services that run the site: Amazon Web Services (hosting and email delivery) and Daily.co (the discussion room).

Your choices

Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can use it at any time. To ask us to delete your email address or to ask what we hold about you, write to the contact address on the site.

Cookies

This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. The discussion room, run by Daily.co, may set the cookies it needs to work.

Children

This site isn't intended for children under 13, and the discussion room is for adults.

If we change this page, we'll update the date at the top.
